6A.1 Guidance Only and Current at Date of Publication
Technical Data is provided for general guidance only and reflects information available to us as at the date of its publication. Technical Data may be superseded at any time by product modifications, revisions to applicable codes and standards, manufacturing changes, or corrections. We may amend, update, or withdraw any Technical Data at any time without prior notice.
6A.2 No Warranty of Accuracy
We do not warrant or represent that any Technical Data is accurate, complete, current, or fit for any particular purpose. Outputs produced by the engineering tool software depend entirely on the accuracy and completeness of the process conditions and other inputs supplied by you (including, without limitation, fluid properties, pressure, temperature, flow rate, and cavitation and noise parameters). Incorrect or incomplete inputs will produce incorrect results.
6A.3 Mandatory Engineering Confirmation Before Reliance
Technical Data, including any valve selection or sizing result, must NOT be relied upon as a final basis for specification, procurement, or installation. Before specifying, ordering, or otherwise relying on any valve selection, sizing result, or Technical Data, you must contact our engineering team and obtain written confirmation from us for your specific application. We strongly recommend that all sizing and selection be validated by us in writing prior to any purchasing decision.
6A.4 Controlling Document
Where any Technical Data published on or downloaded from the Website conflicts with a written quotation, datasheet, specification sheet, or order confirmation issued by us for a specific enquiry or order, the written document issued by our engineering team shall prevail. The Website is not the controlling or binding source of technical specifications for any order.
6A.5 No Liability for Reliance on Unconfirmed Data
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on Technical Data that has not been confirmed by us in writing for your specific application, or arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate inputs supplied by you.
The Website and all of its contents, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, technical drawings, software, and downloadable files, are the property of FLOAUTO (Shanghai) Control Valve Co., Ltd. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FLOAUTO (SHANGHAI) CONTROL VALVE CO., LTD., ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE WEBSITE OR ANY DOWNLOADABLE MATERIALS.
To the extent that liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us, if any, to access the Website, or (b) one hundred Singapore dollars (SGD 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FLOAUTO (Shanghai) Control Valve Co., Ltd. regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
