FLOAUTO integrates sustainability directly into product engineering. Our valves are designed to reduce fugitive emissions in accordance with EN ISO 15848‑1 and relevant IEC requirements by optimizing sealing structures, packing materials, and precision‑machined surfaces that minimize VOC leakage and improve environmental compliance.
Energy efficiency is achieved through refined flow‑path geometry and low‑friction components that lower operating torque, allowing the use of smaller actuators, reducing electrical consumption, and minimizing air usage in pneumatic systems. High‑efficiency pneumatic pathways and improved sealing elements further reduce air leakage and unnecessary air supply wastage, lowering compressor load and overall plant energy demand.
Material waste is reduced through precision manufacturing, FEA‑optimized structures, and modular product architecture that decreases part count and simplifies maintenance. This design approach supports rebuilding and upgrading instead of full replacement, extending valve lifespan and reducing scrap generation.
For demanding applications, FLOAUTO’s severe‑service trims help control noise, vibration, cavitation, and internal damage, enhancing plant safety and significantly extending valve life under extreme operating conditions. Lower vibration and noise also reduce the risk of leakage and equipment failure, supporting safer workplaces and more reliable operations.

The company is equipped with more than 70 advanced machining and testing systems, including horizontal machining centers, CNC lathes, flow‑calibration systems, and high‑temperature, high‑pressure, as well as low‑temperature (‑196°C) pressure‑testing equipment. These high‑precision, high‑efficiency CNC and precision‑manufacturing systems not only reduce energy consumption per unit of output but also minimize manufacturing defects and material wastage. Lower defect rates mean fewer rework cycles and less need for additional raw materials, contributing directly to lower carbon emissions across the production process.
At the same time, the company extends its green and low‑carbon philosophy to the customer service side. Through online valve maintenance, valve rebuilding, and upgrade services, we significantly extend equipment service life and reduce the energy consumption and waste associated with premature equipment replacement and new equipment manufacturing. This enables low‑carbon performance across the entire value chain, from production to after‑sales support.

Centered around a planned APAC manufacturing facility—with the final location to be determined—FLOAUTO will build a distributed and agile production network that integrates local R&D, local manufacturing, and local service. This model will create a highly responsive supply chain capable of shortening regional delivery cycles by up to 40%, enabling faster support for the evolving needs of the Asia‑Pacific market.
In parallel, FLOAUTO will advance low‑carbon manufacturing processes and expand the use of recyclable materials. Our long‑term vision is to establish a Zero‑Carbon Flow‑Control Ecosystem: a comprehensive, end‑to‑end approach that reduces carbon emissions across the entire lifecycle of our products. This ecosystem will encompass low‑emission valve design, energy‑efficient actuation, reduced air consumption, modular architecture, and lifecycle‑extending services such as rebuilding and upgrading. By minimizing waste, lowering operational energy demand, and extending equipment lifespan, FLOAUTO will help customers reduce total lifecycle emissions and accelerate industrial decarbonization.
