Valve Production Manager

1. Oversee overall management of valve production processes to ensure production schedules and product quality meet targets.
2. Develop and optimize production plans, coordinate resources across departments to improve production efficiency.
3. Supervise on-site production management, implement safety production rules and 6S standards.

Management Trainee, Technical Department

1. Learning & Development
Learn valve product structures, manufacturing processes and technical specifications, master job skills and achieve phased learning targets.
Participate in technical training and process reviews under mentor guidance to build experience and strengthen problem-solving capabilities.
Summarize learning outcomes, raise difficulties encountered, improve working methods and quickly adapt to the role.
2. Production Technical Assistance
Support valve product research, process discussions and technical documentation compilation to facilitate production technical planning.
Assist engineers in valve R&D, process optimization and sample commissioning to push projects forward.
Help troubleshoot production technical issues and support product upgrade and optimization.
Organize technical documents, test reports and process manuals to ensure records are standardized and traceable.
3. Technical Support & Collaboration
Help file technical documents and maintain knowledge base, deliver basic technical support.
Liaise with production and quality inspection teams on technical requirements to facilitate cross-department cooperation.
Take part in technical innovation and process optimization, put forward practical suggestions to improve efficiency and quality.
4. Other Duties
Comply with company and departmental rules, confidentiality requirements and standard operating procedures.
Complete ad-hoc technical tasks assigned by mentors and supervisors and support team deliverables.
Keep track of cutting-edge technologies in the valve industry and provide references for department development.
Job Requirements
A. Education & Major
1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors such as Mechanical Design, Mechanical Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, Process Equipment and Control Engineering are preferred.
2. Good academic performance with solid fundamental expertise. Familiarity with valve products and manufacturing processes is a plus.
B. Competency Requirements
1. Strong learning and hands-on skills, proactive in learning valve technologies and production workflows.
2. Clear logical thinking, basic capability to analyze and solve problems; able to assist with technical tasks.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity with CAD or other drawing software is preferred.
C. Personal Qualities
1. Diligent, rigorous and responsible with strong teamwork awareness.
2. Good communication skills, receptive to mentor guidance and cooperative to fulfill team assignments.
3. Align with corporate values, intend for long-term career development, and adapt to working rhythms of technical roles in a manufacturing enterprise.
D. Miscellaneous
1. Fresh graduates are preferred. Candidates without prior experience will be trained; relevant internship experience is a plus.
